Sign Products
BD55403
A very quick setting adhesive that is great for fast bonds. Perfect for adhering clips to end caps and extrusion corner key installation. This adhesive works great replacing the need for stud welding. Great environmental resistance means it can be used to seal small leaks, holes, or just to fill up space on the product.
BD55406
A medium working time adhesive that gives you 6-8 minutes to get the part right before getting rock hard. Works great with assembly of channel letters, giving you the optimal amount of time to get them right before it cures. BD55406 also works great with cabinet sign frame assembly and other structural assembly. Your GO TO product for most metal fabricated signs. This product should be replacing welding for you.
BD55810
BD55810 is another medium working time adhesive, 6-10 minutes, like BD55403. What is different about BD55810 is that it is a specialized formulation for thin gauge and high gloss metal bonding. Also has great strength with composite aluminum (ACM) panel bonding. For cosmetic applications. Its low exotherm formulation is great for these applications, ensuring a bond that will not warp any bonded substrates.
BD55705
A fast setting crystal clear formulation with 3-5 minutes of working time. Optimal for clear plastic part assembly (Acrylic and Polycarbonate). Works great for zip tracking and LED light sealing applications. The BD55705 completely eliminates adhesive shadows in push through channel letters. Strong bonds for trim cap adherence, replacing the need for solvent adhesives.
